CA reports provide a list of all CAs and the Status of each, plus a detailed list of all open CAs. Open CAs are those that are either Response Pending, Acceptance Pending or Accepted (Open).

Accepted (Open) is a special case where acceptance is conditional on the results of some future action or other follow-up is required. CAs with a status of Accepted (Open) can be modified, added to or returned to Response Pending status.

A filtered view of the Corrective Action List, by Section and date range, can indicate the performance issues associated with that Section. Recurring issues can be seen and addressed in reviews of “root cause analysis”. Refer to Dashboard “Repeat CA” topic to quickly find repeat CAs. NOTE: refer to the Pending CA option on the Dashboard which allows access to the Open CAs with even greater filtering functionality.

Review of the Open CA Status provides a detailed list of all open issues and can be used to prioritize corrective actions.
