Corrective Actions

Corrective Actions (CAs) are assigned to inspections. Inspections can be those that are recurring and scheduled, or the inspection can be created specifically to document the occurrence of some contract anomaly. The CA must be associated with a contract service that is identified in the Requirements section and that has a QA Plan.

The Corrective Actions Module summarizes the CA and the status of each.

CAs are created or retrieved by clicking the icon with the hand and clipboard (see above, top right, second icon in the blue icon bar).

The on-screen presentation of data can be customized by the user to present the information they find most useful.

Note the Attachment icons above. Attachments can be added to the CA (to assist in documenting the issue) or it can be attached to any of the Responses and Acceptances.

New to v2.0 NOTE :
SeeSOR.NET's performance when navigating in Corrective Actions can be improved by limiting the number of CA to be populated. Limiting the number of CA's history may also prove to be more useful. Set the default "List Correction Actions created in the last x days" value in the Personal Preferences, and reset in the Corrective Actions panel as desired.
