Inspection Schedule

The Inspection Module displays all scheduled events based on parameters set in the QA Plan and the results of the previous inspection documented.

The schedule can be filtered by Schedule Type; Site; Section; or Area of Expertise.

- Schedule Type has four options:

1. Scheduled Inspections

2. Past Due Inspections

3. Never Inspected LIs (line items)

4. No QA Plan LIs

5. Inactive QA Plan LIs

The above options will insure that no requirement is omitted or overlooked. This ensures that governance is performed. If a conscious decision is made not to inspection a requirement (eg, lack of resources to monitor), a logical decision can be made based one or more parameters.

- Site: Select a single Site for inclusion in the calendar.

- Section: Select a single functional Section for inclusion in the calendar.

- Area of Expertise: Projects configure a list of Expertise necessary to perform inspections; the schedule can be produced to indicate only those inspections necessary for that skill set. SeeSOR will predict the level of effort associated with that expertise.

Selecting a date produces the scheduled events that are listed in the bottom of the window for the date selected (sample screen shot above shows selection of October 22nd). Events are scheduled by Site (the meaning of Site can be determined by the users as long is the meaning is consistent throughout. The same requirement performed at different Sites are treated as separate occurrences and scheduled accordingly. In the sample above requirement 2.C.1.b's next inspections should be performed at Zgon and Bi Hac. Users with only a single site will not be impacted and will always show only one schedule for any requirement on a given day.

Selecting the print report icon (upper right icon in the blue bar-see screenshot below) pulls up the print report options box. Various options and some filtering can be selected. Either the checklist is printed or the list of inspections is printed. The report can be exported to PDF, Word or Excel. From within those applications the report can be e-mailed.
