The Monthly Activity Reports provide a wide variety of reports to review performance of the contract. The combination of different types of reports and filtering capability provides the user the ability to focus on their particular area of interest (contract functions and/or locations) and extract both data and analysis.

Inspection Detail shows all inspections performed organized by Month and Section. Analysis is performed at the bottom of each sort. For example, Section 3 - Logistics Support for October 2002 had 8 inspections and the weighted average rating was 8.88 (on a scale of 0 – 10). However, for all sections in October 2002 there were 267 inspections and the weighted average rating was 8.26. The weighted average uses the Primary value for the requirement that was entered in the QA Plan and the rating of each checklist item weighted by the weighting of the checklist.

Enhanced Inspection Detail by Site is specifically designed to provide comparisons between sites. If the Alternate requirement weighting that was entered into each QA Plan is desired as a basis of comparison between the requirements then use the report titled "Alternate Inspection Detail by Site" which will produce the same report as above except the weightings will be different.
