Reports include:

SeeSOR Reports Module has an extensive list of reports the can extract information from the database. Each report can be filtered from the Select Report Criteria screen. Possible filtering options are varied depending on the nature of the report. Typically, the filtering will be by Date, Site. User or User Group, Section, and individual Line Item (Requirement). See the “Select Report Criteria” sample screen below.

The SeeSOR database is open and accessible to allow the use of any database report generation software to create custom reports. These externally generated reports can only be run outside of SeeSOR.NET (such as being published through SharePoint). The exception is that SeeSOR (desktop) allows the creation of custom reports using Crystal Reports then embedding the report in the Reports function (more details provided later in this document).

Note: The reporting function and options should be understood when first designing the way the SeeSOR Enterprise will be configured. Optimal configuration of the use of the SeeSOR functions will produce the greatest value in the reporting function.
