Trend Analysis includes 4 major categories of analysis:

Quality Analyst - The Quality Analyst performs the trend analysis based on the inspections performed that have been scored in accordance with the criteria in the QA Plan.

Repeat CAs (SeeSOR.NET only) - Repeat CAs allow the rapid identification of performance problems and the lack of effective solutions to the identified problem. Repeat CAs should be reviewed and if the same problem continues to occur then the process of problem solving is not working and the quality management program is not performing. Action required is to study the extent that Root Cause Analysis is performed; review the design of solutions; and audit the implementation and follow-up practices of the quality program.

Average Resolution Time (SeeSOR.NET only) - Average Resolution Time shows the time it takes for the resolution of CAs. It plots both the average duration of the open CA and indicates the number of open issues.

Scope of Inspections (SeeSOR.NET only) - Scope of Inspections provides an assessment of the metrics related to what inspections are performed and that the inspections performed are covering the full contract, or to what extent the contract content is being audited. As with many of SeeSOR’s metrics, Scope of Inspections uses the Primary Value to assess the overall importance of what is looked at and not just the number of requirements that are reviewed.
