Does the TF!© software support the contract amendment process?

While the TF!© software was designed to support the technical evaluation for the initial request for proposal stage, the TF!© software can continue to be used after a contract has been awarded especially if it is desired to continue the same technical analysis for contract amendments as was applied to the award of the contract. Keeping the pricing consistent with the evaluation process can improve the efficiency of subsequent re-competitions. It is suggested that should the use of this option be desired, the amendment process be formalized by inclusion in the RFP and subsequent contract.
