What is the purpose of the TF!© software?

TF!© was designed to provide technical evaluators with detailed resourcing and costing information in support of a bidder’s narrative technical proposal. This provides more information than is typically available in an evaluation (which is traditionally only a narrative proposal) allowing technical evaluators to make better informed decisions resulting in the technical evaluators having a greater impact on the ultimate selection of a contractor. Experience concludes that this information expedites the evaluation process producing considerable cost savings and minimizing the use of scarse technical resources available to perform such evaluation.
