What is the file saving structure for the TF!© software in support of the contract amendment process?

In version 4 of the TF!© software, in order to maintain the visibility of the detail and fidelity of the pricing information associated with the identified scope changes, a file should be saved separately in support of each amendment. However, having a separate file saved in support of each amendment is the typical file saving structure used in support of the contract amendment process even if the TF!© software is not in use.
