Is the TF!© software compatible with Contract Cost Principles 1031-2 of the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual?

The TF!© software is a data collection and calculation tool. The customer can define the terms and limitations of what bidders/contractors should input into the software such as requiring bidders/contractors to conform with 1031-2. TF! is complementary to 1031 and provides critical information necessary for technical verification of the resourcing of the scope of the amendment.
