Is the TF!© software easier to use than Contract Cost Principles 1031-2 of the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual?

1031-2 is a policy that lays out eligibility of contract costs. The TF!© software is a tool that can be used to support the collection and analysis of such costs. Depending on what approach is used to collect and analyze contract costs under 1031-2, TF!© may or may not be easier to use than the chosen method. However, typically, the approach without the use of TF!© involves paper and a calculator or a unformatted spreadsheet which can be error-prone compared to using software that involves the collection of data in an established format manipulated through long-established, error-free, protected formulas.
