TF! Modules

TF! is composed of the following integrated modules:

• Bid Module - a resource-based financial modeling tool constructed using the customer‘s technical requirements as its basis.

• Decision Module - an evaluation tool for all evaluation criteria, including customer technical requirements. Uses ASC‘s proprietary Importance Ranking algorithms to establish the true importance of each criterion. Evaluation decisions are entered into the TF! Decision module which graphically summarizes the results.

• Analysis Module - consolidates inputs and outputs from each bidder‘s submittal into a single, easy to follow document for analysis and problem identification.
