Add Users to a Contract and Set Privileges
- Before users can be assigned to a contract the user must first be created in the Enterprise’s “User Manager”. See “Create Users in the Enterprise” support topic.
- If the user is in the Enterprise then, in the Users Console select the contract to “Work”.
- From “Administration Task” option on the task bar select “User Management>Add Users”
- Click on a user name in the "Users:" list.
- Select “Group” and default “Site”, repeat until all desired users have been moved from the "Users" column to the "Contract Users" column.
- When complete click “Save”.
- From “Administration Task” option on the task bar select “User Management>Set User Privileges”
And this view with the additional Requirement Mark/Review/Approve privileges:
- Select "Contract User" name to set privileges.
- Accept or change the “Current Group” and “Site”
- Accept the default privileges or revise the "Current Privileges" as desired.
- If the user is to be an Inspector select the "User is an Inspector" box.
- Select a different Contract User and repeat, when complete click the “Save” button.
NOTE: When the SeeSOR Enterprise has multiple contracts or projects, users can be assigned to one or more of the contracts/projects with the same or different privileges in each contract.
