Creating Users in the Enterprise

• Before users can be assigned to a contract in the Enterprise the user must first be created in the Enterprise

• Select “User Manager>New User”

• Enter the name and temporary password (see below)
  
• As long as the number of license available is less that the number of active users you can declare the user is “Active” (see License Info box above)
  
• If the user is to be an Enterprise Administrator select the "Is EnterpriseAdmin ?" option box (see below).
  
• Click “Add”
