NEW FUNCTIONS:

Attachment tracking and auditing (click highlighted text for more information)

- Purpose is to make the report more useful by being able to identify exactly where the attachment is (i.e., Line item and function) and to be able to audit the Attachment activity in a given period.

Improve loading speed associated with navigating to and in Inspection Results and Corrective Action Screens by providing a user Preference:

– Options to only load the last 1 month (30 days-Fastest), 2 months (60 days), 3 months (90 days), 6 months (180 days) or all data (slowest).

SQL Security Database Password user configuration and strengthening

– Allow user input of the SQL db administrative password.

Re-design of QA Plan development page

– Combine the Checklist input screen into a single QA Plan screen.

Display QA Frequency and QA Checklist in QA Plan List onscreen report:

- Onscreen report matches the PDF report export that includes the QA Frequency data and QA Checklist Items.

Line Item Inspection History

– Add Date Range, Site, and User Group filter capability to this function. Operational change to allow setting of the Trend Analysis to remain when going to/from the Line Item Inspection History. LI Inspection Data fixed to display completed inspection details.

Automatic Reset when Default login location deleted

- If a Section or Line Item is selected as a default and is then deleted an automatic redirect of the default is established and the user is advised that their previous default login location parameter is no longer available.

User selected Graphics to appear on the Enterprise login screen

- Allow the selection of a graphic to be added and displayed above the login panel of the opening screen. The graphic can be user uploaded and can be sized to the user’s desired dimensions by accessing the Admin Console>Preferences function.

Deleting and Inactivating users. Logic revised to delete users without deleting their data.

- Deleted users can never be re-activated and their user IDs cannot be re-used. Deleted users are removed from any databases to which they were assigned. User Manager list will display deleted users in red only if selected.

- Inactive users remain are grayed in the User Manager and are only displayed when selected. Inactive users remain associated with their assigned databases with their privileges and can be re-activated.

- Whenever a deleted or inactivated user attempts to login the will be presented with a notice of their status and login will not be allowed.

FIXES:

Line Item History (Trend Analysis>Quality Analyst)

– Standard Deviation calculate and Regression line is corrected.

SOR Review function business logic rules reviewed to prevent unwanted actions.

- Reviewer cannot perform and concur/non-concur comment unless the editor has marked to requirement as “Ready for review”; plus additional logical rules have be added.

SOR Report in Requirements and SOR Report>SOR List are now identical.

- The output is clean and makes a good better export to Excel. Paragraph A and B formatting in the Requirements report prints in the 2 column format and Paragraph C and Z formatting in the Requirements report prints in the 5 column format.

Change a score when N/A (all N/A) was originally input into Inspection Results

– Users can now uncheck the N/A flag and enter a score when revising an inspection result.

Add “and” option to the Requirements search function.

- Added the “and” / “or” option buttons under each of the search criteria.

Various views, Line Items list panel and the Section List panel now scales to fit the browser window.

- Eliminates the need to scroll left and right to see the line item information.

Printing QA Checklist from the Inspection schedule

- When printing from the Inspection schedule the inspection checklist for the item selected now prints rather than the first item for the month printing.

SOR Review “Status Metrics” report crashes.

- When generating the SOR Review “Status Metrics” report, choosing the fixed date no longer crashes.

Fix the ability to add the first line item to a new section.

- Once creating a new Section it is now possible to create the first line item.

SeeSOR.NET v1.2.4 - Build 49 and Version Control History:

- Selecting a default contract (if a user has more than 1 contract). This will bypass the "Select Contract" screen when users login (or in case of Enterprise Admin - when users switch to user console). Users can still change the contract via the "Select Contract" link. (Designed to increase the speed of access to the input screen when using the Internet Explorer browser.)

- Setting a default startup page for a contract. This will bypass displaying the dashboard, and will take the user (after they login and select a contract or taken directly to their default contract) to the page they have selected as their startup page. The pages they can choose are: DEFAULT (dashboard), Requirements, QA Plan, Inspection Schedule and Inspection Results. Users can also choose a default section and default line item for all these pages (except Dashboard and Inspection Schedule). (Designed to increase the speed of access to the input screen when using the Internet Explorer browser.)

- Ability to show/hide scoring criteria. This is in the inspection detail page (when they create/edit/view an inspection). Hiding the scoring criteria will reduce the need for scrolling and provide a consecutive list of input boxes for scoring. (Designed to increase the speed of inputting scores.)

- Quality Analyst option to include Disapproved Inspections. The Quality Analyst logic has been revised to exclude inspections that have been designated as "Disapproved". Users that wish to include "Disapproved" inspections can select the box to include these results in the calculations of the Quality Analyst.

- Fix for Inspection Summary reports. Fixes the error when there are more than 1,000 records for a single Annex in a single month.

- Modified SOR Modification Review Process. As per our discussion. This process will allow the users to mark a SOR for deletion when it is marked for modification or remodification. And, also some other changes we decided to do. Also, the table schema has been altered to capture the entire process log (starting from mark for modification/deletion till approval). (This is a new function for clients using SeeSOR to put their PWS through a review and revision process. Additional documentation will be available in the SeeSOR.NET User's Guide Review Process)

- Displaying the user's contracts in ascending order of their names (in SELECT CONTRACT screen). This will be visible if they have multiple contracts. Currently, it displays them in the order it is stored in the database.
