Brian M. Pia

Brian M. Pia is the President and Founder of Access Strategic Consulting, Inc. (ASC Group, Inc.) and has over 20 years of business management and strategy development experience. Mr. Pia has a proven track record in assisting both large and small companies to realize their true market potential. With a corporate background in business management and strategic planning, Mr. Pia has been instrumental in guiding his clients through a wide variety of strategic business challenges ranging in size from multi-million dollar market expansion and market penetration projects to simple business plan development projects. During his professional tenure Mr. Pia has been instrumental in the development and implementation of numerous corporate and business unit strategies, all of which have led to above average returns on his client’s investments. Mr. Pia believes in the promotion of strong business fundamentals and sound, relevant, strategic planning to guide his client’s through the many challenges that they face. He has attributed much of his success to his ability to convey such needs to his client’s in a manner that is inline with their corporate goals, mission, and objectives. Prior to forming ASC Group, Inc, Mr. Pia held several executive level positions, with the most recent being Regional Operations Director and Director of Strategy and Planning for a Fortune 500 Company.

Mr. Pia’s ability to connect with his client’s is not limited to large companies. As a born entrepreneur he has been successful in starting several companies of his own and has been able to pass along his expertise to hundreds of entrepreneurs, enabling them to realize their dream of business ownership. Regardless of client company size or industry, Mr. Pia, along with his team of professional consultants, has the ability to meet the needs of his clients and position their firms as leaders within their industry.

In addition to his extensive background, Mr. Pia holds an MBA in Finance from Silberman School of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Arnie Diskin

Arnie Diskin is the President and Senior Creative Director of The Creative Department; a full service creative marketing and communications agency. Mr. Diskin brings over 26 years of marketing strategy and creative marketing design experience to ASC Group, Inc. As the proud recipient of over 25 design awards, he has been able to continuously demonstrate to his clients and industry colleagues that he is an authority in his discipline of visual marketing communications. A large part of Mr. Diskin’s record of success has been attributed to his ability to transform his client’s corporate goals and objectives into functional, relevant, marketing programs that deliver results beyond the client’s expectations. His diverse background in strategic creative development, brand strategy development, corporate identity design, and a variety of marketing campaign designs has allowed Mr. Diskin to develop a successful portfolio of accomplishments in the automotive, retail products and services, healthcare, energy, and financial services industries, as well as many other B-to-B and B-to-C industries.

In addition to the creative side of the marketing communications business, Mr. Diskin has the necessary business and strategic mindset that makes him a valuable asset to his clients and the partners he serves. As with our other partners, Mr. Diskin fully understands the challenges that you face as an entrepreneur, as he himself has been involved with numerous business start-ups. Prior to forming The Creative Department, Mr. Diskin was the Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of both The DK Group, Inc and Modular Marketing Incorporated; both highly successfully marketing and communications agencies.

Adam Godin

Adam Godin specializes in Human Resource consulting. As an HR professional with over 12 years of policy development and training experience, Mr. Godin brings a wealth of knowledge to ASC Group, Inc.’s clients. Mr. Godin has worked on projects that have ranged from the development of mid-level management training programs in the healthcare industry to comprehensive policy development projects for a variety of industries.

Mr. Godin holds a degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Tarek Abousalem

Tarek Abousalem is the President of Altimate Technology Solution (ATS); a leading Computer Services and Network Solutions company serving the New Jersey/New York Metro Area. Mr. Abousalem plays a vital role in the ASC Group, Inc, team by providing our clients and partners with the expertise required to create efficient and effective IT systems and solutions. One of the keys to Mr. Abousalem’s industry success is his ability to see beyond the immediate project and understand how his client’s functional units will be impacted, both positively and negatively, through the addition or enhancement of IT solutions. In addition to be technologically savvy, Mr. Abousalem has a comprehensive understanding of business operations across a diverse group of industries. Whether our clients require network solutions, computer services, data or disaster recovery services, or remote access, Mr. Abousalem can ensure that they receive the latest technologies to enhance their current operations, as well as remain inline with the strategic direction of their firm.

In addition to his role within the computer services and network solutions field, Mr Abousalem is an accomplished e-commerce consultant. Prior to founding ATS, Mr. Abousalem played an integral role in developing corporate e-commerce programs for some of the most well recognized retail outlets in the United States. As such, his background allows ASC Group Inc., to provide our clients with the expertise needed to develop comprehensive strategic plans with a 360° approach.

Ayaz Bashir

Ayaz Bashir is the President and Founder of Leading Edge Technology Solutions, Inc (LETS); a full-service web business solutions provider located in Hoboken, NJ. Mr. Bashir brings an impressive background of Information Technology to ASC Group, Inc.’s clients and partners. Mr. Bashir and his team at Leading Edge Technology have a proven track record in web based consulting and planning, website design, website development and redesign, as well as hosting and maintenance of both traditional and e-commerce websites for small to mid-size corporations and non-profit organizations. One of Mr. Bashir’s keys to success is his ability to effectively understand the collaboration process between IT and other functional units within his client’s organization. His vast knowledge of the IT discipline, coupled with his specialized focus on highly interactive, customizable, websites with extremely fast and flexible searchable databases, has been vital in improving his client’s efficiency and effectiveness.
